CLASS DESCRIPTION:

​

RISE & GRIND - Functional fitness, unconventional fitness, HIIT, boxing, weights, kettlebells. A good level of fitness recommended.

HUB FIT H.I.I.T - Weights.

Workout with our trainer, Evana, using dumbbells, barbells, kettle bells, weight plates, strength bags and/or slam balls. Great for body toning & muscle building. Some exercises are floor based so attendees will be required to be comfortable getting up and down off the floor. Go as hard, fast and heavy as you want or slow and steady..

PUNCHFIT - Boxing Fitness.

Great for cardio, resistance, co-ordination, cognitive function and stress release. Suitable for all ages & stages. Wraps and gloves can be hired.

KICKFIT - Kickboxing Fitness.

Suitable for more agile and higher fitness levels, we incorporate boxing punches as well as kickboxing fundamentals (Kicking, Knees, Elbows). Wraps and gloves can be hired.

BOOTCAMP - Circuit style functional fitness training using a range of exercise equipment and bodyweight. Increase endorphins by getting up a sweat and get your vitamin D at the same time. A moderate level of fitness recommended.

BOXERCIZE - Workout with Evana.

Think Billy Blanks Tae Bo. Aerobics mixed with shadow boxing/kickboxing with a dash of freestyle dancing. All ages and stages welcome. Coordination not needed.. it’s all about moving and having fun!

COREFIT - Core blast class. 

Work on strengthening your core with abdominal and lower back exercises. Class will be either bodyweight based or exercises using core rollers (provided). Most exercises are floor based so attendees will be required to be comfortable getting up and down off the floor.

RESISTANCE, CORE & STRETCH - Resistance Bands, BOSU/Swiss ball & Rollers. Good for all fitness levels.
